Terms of Service

Havenz Hub is a workspace and building management platform operated by Havenz (Calgary, Alberta, Canada). Access is provided to organizations and to the members those organizations invite. By signing in and using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts are created by your organization’s administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for keeping your multi-factor authentication device and backup codes safe, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell your administrator or inquiries@havenztech.com promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• access data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or probe, bypass, or test the platform’s security controls;
• upload content that is unlawful, that infringes others’ rights, or that contains malicious code;
• use the platform to interfere with building systems, access control, or devices you are not authorized to operate;
• resell or provide access to the platform to third parties without Havenz’s agreement.

Your organization owns the content it and its members put into the platform — documents, tasks, workflow records, and building data. Havenz processes that content only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination, your organization can request export or deletion of its data.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havenz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Havenz may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or threatens the security of the platform or its users. Your organization’s administrator may deactivate member accounts at any time. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask your administrator to remove your account.
